Time To Share Some Data: 2005-11 F/+ Rankings
The 2011 season is over, the numbers are finalized (for now, anyway), and that means only one thing: Time To Share Some Data! I posted the first of what should hopefully be quite a few docs today: 2005-11 F/+ Rankings.

Any reason to the thought that Alabama and LSU's...
ratings this year are inflated because they played each other twice and they would just keep building eachother’s ratings up each time they played? I’m just curious if the opponent adjustments would put these two teams in the top 4 of all time (05-11) even if they were only top 10 or so. Not saying they aren’t two of the best teams in the last 6 years, I’m just curios of the ratings could be inflated like I described.
Their ratings wouldn't improve simply from playing each other.
You still have to perform well to improve your ratings. Alabama played well each time (aside from special teams in Game 1, obviously), but LSU’s rating rose considerably after the first game and fell after the second.

So my alma mater and my favorite team are the two best. Cool.
